VigiControl is a robust monitoring tool that allows for comprehensive control and auditing of a monitor’s activities. It includes features such as GPS-validated position reporting, live alerts for emergencies, incident reporting during patrols, and the ability to send images captured from the monitor’s smartphone. All of this information is transmitted to the monitoring center online, 24/7 throughout the year.
Furthermore, VigiControl is a versatile application that supports multiple communication methods for sending alerts. The most common method is via TCP-IP, which can be transmitted through Wi-Fi or cellular data networks such as GPRS-LTE. When data networks are not available, alerts can be sent via SMS. The VigiControl suite comprises a desktop module and smartphone applications for effective monitoring.
